OUT TO LUNCH
“Out to Lunch” is a social all year activity - providing members with the opportunity to chat and make new friends. What could be better than good company and good food? Venues are chosen by the Group members, and an “Out-To-Lunch” Calendar is produced and venues booked well in advance. A pre-order is usually required. Members will receive information well ahead of the date, followed by a menu at least one week prior. At this stage those wishing to book, make their menu choices.
Mostly, there are 20-30 participants, while sometimes there may be 6-10. As long as we have our booking, we will lunch!
Previous venues included:
BUSHFOOT GOLF CLUB, BUSHMILLS
THE MILLSIDE, CLOUGHMILLS
NEWBRIDGE RESTAURANT, COLERAINE,
BROWN TROUT AGHADOWEY,
MEMBERS ROOM, PARLIAMENT BUILDINGS, BELFAST
For your part, you just have to turn up and enjoy the company. Members can join the group at any time of the year.
