Featuring work of local Artists and the Ulster Woodturners, this excellent combination of art and woodturning ensure this Exhibition continues to be one of the most popular and highly anticipated events in the Borough’s programme.
As well as the established Artists and Woodturners, the Annual Art Exhibition, with work from over 60 Artists, continues to attract new names each year giving amateur artists from the local area and further afield a platform to exhibit their work and show off an excellent range of paintings. These paintings are in varying styles, giving visitors an opportunity to see a wonderful range of watercolours, oils and acrylics. This exhibition has always been very popular with both artists and visitors alike and this year promises to be no exception.
But it's not just the art that makes this event one of the most popular in the Borough's events calendar. The Woodturning Exhibition which displays exquisite pieces of turned wood by turners from the Ulster Woodturning Guild, show the public just what can be done with their skills in wood carving and woodturning. No doubt visitors to the Exhibition will once again be presently surprised by the wonderfully crafted pieces that will be showcased this time around.
The exhibition is promoted by Causeway Coast and Glens Borough Council’s Cultural Services. The majority of work on display will be for sale, so with Christmas fast approaching, don’t miss this opportunity to shop for that truly unique gift!
